Hello.Welcome to BlueLemon Online Ltd. We are a genuine UK Company offering you some great bargains. All our goods are brand new and perfect items. We sell bedding, curtains, home and garden items. We hope you enjoy browsing our online store.

BlueLemon has been trading online for over 12 months. We are a genuine UK registered company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We try and offer quality products at competitive prices. We hope that the customer service we offer is second to none. All our items are despatched as quickly as possible but due to health and safety we cannot allow customers to collect items from our warehouse.

The easiest and quickest way to get your item is to pay using paypal. A paypal account is easy to set up and use and you can pay with your credit or debit card. We do accept cheques and postal orders but we cannot despacth your item until your payment clears. Any questions please contact us at email@example.com or send a message through Ebay.
All our p & p charges are for UK mainland addresses only (unless otherwise stated). If you require delivery to an address that is not UK mainland then please ask us for a quote for this.
We only charge you for the cost of sending you your item plus the cost of the bag or box we use. Where possible we send items with Royal Mail to try and keep the costs down. For larger and heavier items we send with our carriers on a 2/3 day delivery.
We do accept returns but please contact us first either through Ebay messages or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or ring/text us on 07530 734843. If we don't answer please leave a message and contact number and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. In the unfortunate event that your item should arrive damaged, then please contact us to report it within 24 hours of delivery. Should you have any other problems with any of our products please send us a message or email. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We will always do our best to help you.
