I'm an individual that works full time and then works on iPods during the evenings and weekends. Yes, I know I need to get a life. Unfortunately, our desire to get a mortgage and stupid house prices means that I need to try and make extra money.

15 yrs in electronics (Aerospace/Military/Medical/etc), Nokia trained service technician, currently a prototype technician building surveillance equipment. I have been working on iPods for over 5 years now and I did investigate opening a shop with the intention of becoming an Apple authorised service centre a few years ago. I eventually decided that it would be too risky and that my financial position would not enable me to leave my monthly wage. I continued with the iPods in my spare time rather than as a business and here we are today. I do still occasionally repair iPods for others and I could probably provide most services at competitive prices if I had the time to get a website put together. Eg: 3rd gen Dock Connector, supplied, fitted and including special delivery return post for £33.
Return policy
Every now and then a faulty unit will slip through the net. I sell hundreds of iPods so it has to be expected. If you are unfortunate enough to have received a faulty iPod, please get in touch and I will do all I can to resolve the situation. If the iPod has been physically damaged or fluid damaged, then please do not expect me to be able to help. If you have damaged the iPod, it is not my fault and I will not be held responsible. Even Apple would not repair a physical or fluid damaged unit without charging alot of money. I am a man of principle and if I find myself in a situation where someone is basically trying to rip me off, I will happily bankrupt myself making sure they lose. I've had enough of people that think they can get away with it. Treat me with respect and I will return it. I'm honest, fair and I take pride in the products and customer services I provide.

Please contact me through eBay messages. If I do not answer within 24 hours, please contact me through my paypal eMail address. It has been known for eBay messages to go missing. If I still do not reply, it will be because I am away or because you're wasting my time. Eg: will you accept £80 for the iPod you're asking £119 for.
