I have been buying stuff - mainly clothes - on ebay for more than 3 years, and have recently begun selling on ebay.

i sell mainly clothes but also books, videos or whatever I think is worth selling. I only sell things I like

clothes, cd's, books.....

English, German

reading, music, ebay and - more than anything else - animal rights and cats. the picture is of my cat Panda.

Having bought more than 300 items on ebay, I think I know what buyers don't like: dishonesty, fake items, ott postage. I will try my best to always be honest and fair and not use postage as a means to make money as I deplore it. I won't let you wait for your item and will try to post as soon as payment has cleared or at the very least within 48 hours. I will always keep you informed. I will leave feedback as soon as you left it (I used to leave it immediately but too many buyers didn't think there was any need to reciprocate which I think is not nice), so please leave it as soon as you received your item. If there is a problem, please contact me. I believe that straightforward communication is always the best means to solve a problem. pleae have a look my 'ME'-page for more info. The feedback system was always flawed, now it has become entirely unfair as one's rating can drop just because you take a break from ebay. if it interests you, i wrote a guide about it.

I have worked in retail as my father was a businessman and I also had my own shop. My main interest is in fashion and this is reflected in what I sell. I will never sell what I wouldn't be happy to wear myself. Cothes are either new or gently worn. Of course, they'll be clean on arrival.

Postage should never exceed the cost for stamps and a modest amount for packaging - around fifty pence. If I overcharge by more than 30p, I will refund. OTT postage is simply dishonest. Of course, I am happy to combine postage. The same guidelines as before apply.

Sorry, no, I am not M&S. Of course, I will fully refund if I misreprsented an item but not if you got the size wrong or your boyfriend doesn't like it. Please always check my measurements!

I am very happy to newbies but if you have less than 3 transactions, please email me first as I might have to cancel your bid if I don't hear from you. The same applies if you have a low feedback score. Please contact me and maybe you can explain what happened. Of course, if you only had 10 transaction and one went wrong, then it's less significant than a greater number of negative feedback based on a higher number of transaction. If your feedback is really bad and you have have been a non-paying bidder more than once, then I reserve the right to cancel your bid. Whatever happens, let's talk first. IF you don't communicate, then I will have to report you as a Non-paying-bidder. As I said, if you have a problem, contact me - I don't like leaving negative feedback and start a dispute but if you don't get in touch, you leave me no option. Communication is very important and I expect that you contact me before leaving negative feedback - everything can be sorted.

Please contact me within 3 days of end of auction and pay within 7 days. If you need a bit more time, contact me before the auction - we can always work something out. If you got any problems, please contact me. Life happens and ebay is only part of it. I am happy to ship abroad (US/Canada/Australia/Western-Europe). I speak English and German and unless you also speak one of these languages, transaction could be a bit difficult should you have any queries.
