Payment policy
Paypal is always the preferred choice of payment, just because it gives my customers that extra bit of insurance when buying items on the internet. But i also accept uncrossed postal orders & e-cheques. Sorry, no personal cheques

Delivery information
I always keep my postage & packing charges to a minimum. i don't believe on making money on the service, and i always combine postage where possible if you want to purchase more than one item at the same time.

Return policy
i always ensure that the items that i sell are not damaged in any way and are properly protected with packaging before they are posted. in the event that you receive an item from me that has been damaged in the post (which is out of my control), then if you send a photo to my email address (return postage will not be paid for) then i will of course replace the item for you free of charge. sorry, but i do not replace or refund items simply because the customer has changed their mind.

I reccomend Boo to anyone and everyone. Super friendly, fast responses, a service second to none. A credit to eBay. Boo went above and beyond the call of duty and offered to help with other difficult sellers when i had technical problems and was amazing!! Thanks again hon, I really appreciated it! Also - I was concerned about purchasing a make up pallette as they have a reputation of breaking in the mail. Mine was so well packaged it arrived in better condition than I have see in some shops!

This seller is one of the most impressive I have come across on ebay. Kind and thoughtful with a spectacular attention to detail.
