What everyone should know about me
I concentrate on only listing 'In The Night Garden' items and have a big range of products, including lots of Buy It Now's & plenty of items up for auction, with many starting at only 1p!!! Everything listed is brand new, 100% official and in stock.

Business Information

Payment policy
All payments must be made Via PayPal within 3 days of sale. Please contact me prior to buying if you need longer than this to pay and I will try and accomodate.

Delivery information
The value of your item will be covered by Royal Mail Insurance for loss or damage, worldwide. I post items a minimum of 3 times per week and guarantee to send your item in 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Delivery times quoted by Royal Mail are approximately 1 working day after posting within the UK, 3-4 working days after posting to Europe and 5 working days after posting to Australia and Canada (as well as any other worldwide destination). I send all items by 1st Class post for UK buyers and by AirMail to all overseas destinations (this is Royal Mail's main International shipping service). If you prefer a different method of posting (e.g. you would like your parcel to be tracked), contact me and I can let you know what the additional price would be.

Return policy
My refund policy applies to both UK and overseas buyers. If you would like to request a refund in one of the following circumstances, please always contact me first and wait for a response, prior to returning an item: 1) In the unlikely event that the item is faulty or genuinely not 'as described' in the listing, I will offer a full money back guarantee, if the item is received back within 30 days. 2) For Buy It Now items only (auctions exempt), you can also return an item for any reason, within 7 days of receiving it and I will refund the item cost. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unless faulty, returned items must be received back in the same condition as they were sent (unopened packaging/labels in tact etc). Please obtain suitable postal insurance for your own protection as a refund will only be given once an item is received.
