I am a single mum to a young child and i am disabled. I also am very forgetful but at least i rarely mess up my orders.

I started selling on ebay when i struggled to find crafty items at reasonable prices so when i found a few good whole sale companies i decided to pass on the savings to everyone else. I make my listings as honest as i can although there are times i do forget something or there is a fault that i haven`t noticed in that case i will sort out the problem or issue a refund. I am human and i do make mistakes at times.

I accept paypal, cheques, e-cheques & postal orders

I try to charge what it is going to cost me to send plus a little bit extra to cover cost of packaging, most of my items are only 60p and i always post 1 class and i always get a certificate of posting

I do offer returns policy, items must be returned in the same condition it went out and i must be contacted within 7 days
