All my items are Current Season (never old stock)which I always sell with a very good saving on the current RRP. Very occassionally, I get 'seconds' or 'store returns' which I always 'auction' I can then sell these items to customers for a real bargain price! I always supply the product codes in the listing, so you can verify online with the store, that the stock I have is indeed, 'JUST IN' or the latest 'MUST HAVE' style. I keep it interesting and make sure both my present and potential customers receive a new choice of stock, on a regular basis. If there is a particular style or size you are interested in, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to assist you. I currently stock only jeans & occassionally jackets but, I intend to offer a bigger selection in the future. Please add me to your Favourites and keep having a look at my new stock. I never carry huge amounts of the same stock, so often when its gone, its gone!
Payment policy
I have decided to offer my customers all payment methods including Paypal, Personal Cheque, Credit Card, Postal order and Bank Transfer, Western Union (International Buyers) I feel its important to give my customers as many choices as possible. Payment is required within 5 days of PURCHASE unless by prior arrangement. Cheques are required to clear before goods will be sent (normally 5 working days) I can only bank 1 day a week , normally a Friday, so please take this into consideration so it could take up to 2 weeks to receive your goods. Once we have had no previous problems with your cheque payments, we will post your goods the same day without the need for the cheque to clear. Providing you have excellent 99 - 100% Feeback & no previous payment issues.
Delivery information
I always use 2nd class recorded delivery as standard . I will however offer other postal methods including, Next day Delivery when your goods are needed urgently. Please email me if you require a quote. Postal days are Mon. Weds & Fri although, this is subject to change (I always inform my customers by email). During busy periods, I post every day. PLease email me direct if you require further information.
Return policy
Goods to be returned within 7 days of receipt, using a trackable postal method at the customers expense. Items to be returned in New condition,Tags attached & original packaging. I will offer a full refund, if I have made a mistake in the lisitng. Customers requiring a Refund, must return goods at there own expense. I do however check all stock for damage, when it arrives from the supplier & prior to goods being dipatched to customers. Any goods found to be damaged on return, will not qualify for a refund. Customers will not be refunded original postage costs. (please see shop T & C's) I will offer an EXCHANGE for a different style or size if the customer requires this. I will not under any circumstances accept any goods back once they have either been worn or had labels removed. I also accept 'No Returns' on any items sold as 'slight seconds' or 'Auction Style' listings.
