Driven by a passion for shoes and with a solid background in Sales and Marketing, Kaarina Burnel and Lorraine Moore opened Boots n Shoes n Stuff on 16th July 2005. As a formidable team managing one of the country’s top motoring magazines, Kaarina and Lorraine found that their complimentary skills and personalities were good potential for a successful business relationship.
With its vast worldwide audience, Boots n shoes n stuff found eBay to be the perfect platform from which to advertise their extensive range. They now sell approximately 1500 items of footwear and other products every month to the UK and all over the world!
Payment policy
Payment is required within 7 days. We accept Paypal, postal orders, cheques and telephone credit/debit card payments from UK customers. We accept Paypal only from overseas purchasers although International Postal Orders are accepted from some EU countries - please ask first.
Please write your Ebay ID on the back of any cheque or postal order, make it payable to L Moore & K Burnel and send it to Bootsnshoesnstuff, Unit 5 Headley Park Nine, Headley Road East, Woodley, Reading, Berks RG5 4SQ. Cheques are paid in to our Bank the day they are received, however, please allow 7 full days for clearance.

Delivery information
UK First Class postage is FREE. We also offer Recorded Delivery (Signed For) and Special Delivery services for which we charge a flat rate of £1.00 and £4.50 respectively.
We will ship most of our items worldwide with prices charged according to weight and as detailed in each item description. If you would like an item shipped to a country not stated then just email us for a price.
Dispatch is guaranteed within 1 working day of cleared payment. Therefore if you purchase before 10am and opt for first class UK postage, it is likely that you will receive delivery the following working day. However, next day delivery is only guaranteed with the Royal Mail Special Delivery postage option. Please accept that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery delays if you do not opt for this service.
If you require a 'TRACKING NUMBER' then at the point of payment please opt for Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery or for overseas mail, International Signed For.
Return policy
We operate a 14 Day No Quibble Refund/Exchange Policy. A full refund will be given providing goods are posted back within 14 days of receipt, as new, in the original undamaged packaging, and the buyer pays the return postage costs.
When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of the loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim through Royal Mail.
Please ensure that the item is securely wrapped, pay the appropriate return postage charge, and enclose the original Packing Slip (found inside the document wallet on the outside of the parcel) with a note of the reason for return. If you have thrown this away, please enclose a note giving your eBay ID and/or the item number.
