I was charged by post office due to seller not putting enough postage on which he refunded after I asked him. He also charged me for packaging costs..the parcel arrived wrapped in a carrier bag. Apparently the seller bought the packaging once he posted my parcel so charged me for something he didn't use. Box damaged due to insufficiently packaged.
