Very poor service. Wrong boots sent, told to return by special delivery at a cost of £21.65. Did not get refund of return postage costs and was told there was no error. Apparently they do not have to advertise boots as wide fit its up to the customer to "ask". Wow! Goes against the Sale of Goods Act. Would most definitely not use this company again and will report to Trading Standards!

After a month the heels fell apart. Sent shoes back recorded delivery, they were delivered Branch 309 lost them. I have no shoes and no refund.
