Delivery information
The 'digital delivery' items are available for download after making your PayPal payment. An email will be sent automatically to your email address registered with PayPal (which could be different from your regular email address). If you don't see the email containing a download link, then you should check your spam/bulk/trash folders, as the email often gets caught by a spam filter. Just email me if you have any troubles.
Tangible items are usually shipped using FedEx for fast reliable service, including insurance and a tracking number.
Return policy
Full refund on Scanner Frequencies if they don't work for you. Just tell me which one(s) were wrong, and I'll refund your money.
Full refund on the 10% savings plans if it does not work for you.
Full refund on the Xbox Live instructions, if it does not work for you.
No refund on the PC computer games.
For tangible items, please refer to the specific auction for return details. Typically, I will allow a return, but shipping costs to and from are not refunded. The item must be returned in the same exact condition as it was when sent to you.
