History/background
We've been trading on ebay since 2002 and for several years before that we sold on yahoo auctions, our website was launched in 2004 and now has hundreds of products available to purchase online.

Payment policy
We accept payment by Credit Card over the phone on our UK free phone number 0800 043 4850, paypal, cheque, postal orders and direct bank transfer.

Delivery information
All orders are sent by Royal Mail, usually first class recorded. We do offer express delivery using Special Delivery and most orders are posted within 1 working day of the order being placed.

Return policy
We accept the return of unsuitable goods with in 7 days of your receipt.
