As a social enterprise, Bridge to Success uses business methods and market-based strategies to achieve its primary social mission and add value. The secondary focus is the operation of a resale boutique, for the purpose of financial sustainability and the strategic use of donated assets financial sustainability.

We process our Ebay sales Tuesday- Friday. With the exception of Mondays in which we are closed, we will ship out the next business day. All items will be carefully wrapped in plastic and sent out to you in a padded mailing envelope. We use USPS and will ship according the the service you select. We will gladly upgrade to Priority Mail when possible so it will get to you quicker.

For our Buy It Now pieces, we will gladly exchange for another size for you. You will have to pay for shipping back to us, and there is a $2.50 restocking fee. For our Auction style listings, if you should need to return or exchange we offer money back within 14 days upon receipt of the garment. Garments sold with tags must have tags attached in order to be fully refunded, as well as in the condition we sent it to you.
