The BRMB Walkathon 2010
Our Celebrity Trainer auctions are raising money for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity. The charity supports injured soldiers and hopes to develop a new military rehabilitation facility. This facility will assist military patients to cope with their injuries whilst creating a ‘home from home’ where they can relax with their families and fellow soldiers. The auction is part of Birmingham based radio station BRMB’s campaign to ‘build a home for the brave in Birmingham’ which includes a twenty-six mile Walkathon taking place on Sunday 6th June. It is hoped that 10,000 people will take part in the BRMB Lookers Vauxhall Walkathon which is also being sponsored by the Midlands chocolate institution, Cadbury World.
