Delivery information
I always try and keep my postage prices cheap, this is why I usually use re-use envelopes. I don't charge (and never will) fees for travelling to the post office, coffee/snacks for on the way,..time and effort etc... ;)
Other info on delivery
Please may I ask you to be patient on the delivery front, I have now got a larger family (twins born June 07)So for the time being its hard to get out as easily and quickly as I use to. What doesn't help is the fact that my local post office has closed down. I will try and make it so all my items end on a certain day in the week, that way I can rely on family to look after my little ones while I trek through Town to the post office there. (eek! rather not venture in there on a busy Saturday) I have always prided myself on sending items within a day (or 2) so I will do my best to keep this going. :)
If your not happy with your purchase
I would really appreciate it if you drop me a line first, so we can sort it out. I don't like to see customers disappointed with their goods.
