After buying two items from this seller it was my mistake when asking them why the second item hadn't arrived. The seller explained that on dispatch they had been parcelled together and unfortunately we hadn't noticed the small brackets had been taped to the bottom of the protective bubble wrap. This seller has gone above and beyond to explain the situation and I would definitely recommend this seller for future purchases.

I purchased this for my husband for christmas. I was unsure if it would fit his bike? I contacted the seller who assured me it would fit. They made me feel confident to buy it knowing they were willing to let me return it if (eventhough it would fit) he didnt actually like it? It is a very stricking seat which i think works really well with the colour of his bike. Really well made. Packaged extremely well and arrived right on time!
