We carry large amounts of stock so there are hardly ever any delays when you purchase from us and items are almost always sent the same day or very next day so it can be delivered to your door or place of work ASAP. We post nationally and worldwide every day of the week apart from Sunday but that’s only because the post office is closed. We try and keep our costs to a minimum and try to be as fair as possible. 99% of our items are all packaged using various packaging solutions. We dont grab some rubbish out the bin to package up a parcel. Almost all the items we sell are in various size boxes and envelopes that we have to purchase which do cost us money and sometimes it is reflected on the postage cost as is the printed labels and the fact that we post twice a day to try and get every order out that same day.

For new items, our returns policy is pretty simple: If you don't like it, send it back! At Byronix, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We GUARANTEE an exchange or refund on any new product that does not meet with your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of expected delivery date and we will exchange the product or refund your money. All returns must be in the new condition as they were sent with original packaging, tags and labels attached and unfitted. In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, we do just ask that you either call or email us so that we can happily advise you and expect its return so that we can refund you.
