Registered self-employed, I pay my tax and insurance as required by HMRC. eBay sales are part of my business. The name Cabinet43 comes from my origins of selling jewellery in a cabinet in a local antiques centre. My cabinet was, surprisingly enough, number 43. Since closing the cabinet and converting to eBay, my business has evolved to feature a large amount of laptop computer parts. Jewellery, for me, was not going to be enough to sustain me so I branched out into something I could tinker with between sales. It took a few attempts to find the right approach to laptops, but I think I have it sorted now.

PayPal preferred. PayPal e-Cheques by arrangement only (they take too long to clear). Cheque, Postal Order. Any overseas payment not made by PayPal must be in POUNDS STERLING please.

ALL of my listings now feature FREE P&P. In most cases this applies to deliveries Worldwide (+). This is to make it more clear that the price you see is the price you pay. FREE P&P will usually be either 1st Class or Recorded for UK buyers and Standard Airmail for Overseas buyers. Reasonably priced insurance upgrade options are made available for fragile items or items with a higher value. (+ Some heavier items may have a nominal P&P charge for overseas buyers. Also, Worldwide may not be offered on certain items due to weight and/or value restrictions - these items will be available to the UK only).

Jewellery - only if significantly different to listing description. Laptop Parts - usually 14 days from delivery if items prove faulty on installation. Exceptions to this will be stated in the respective listings.

All buyers should receive a receipted invoice with their purchase. This will either be a paper document in the package, or a pdf document emailed after despatch. This may sometimes be overlooked. If you require a copy, by all means ask.
