I generally prefer PAYPAL, but will accept payment by postal order as well.
I DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE OR E-CHEQUE PAYMENTS.
No items will be dispatched until cleared payment is received.
Delivery information
I request that payment for all purchases is made WITHIN 7 DAYS from the time of sale.
It is my aim to post items on the following working day after cleared payment is received. If for some reason this is not possible I will contact you to advise of this.
I try to keep postage/packaging costs to a minimum and may use recycled materials when packing certain items.
I am happy to offer a discount on postage for multiple purchases provided that the items sold are suitable to be safely packaged together in order to prevent damage.
Virtually all of my transaction items will be posted via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service and will require a signature upon receipt.
Return policy
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
If in the unlikely event that you feel that your purchase does not reflect the description in the listing please contact me within 3 days of receipt BEFORE leaving feedback.
Sorry, but I will not process refunds on items that are returned outside this time-scale or have not been agreed in advance.
I cannot be held accountable for returned items that are lost/damaged by Royal Mail and would advise using a Recorded Delivery service for this purpose so that the item is trackable.
