Hiya everyone! My name is Caroline and I can't resist a bargain!!! Since giving up work to care for my daughter when she was born, I've discovered that ebay is a great way to recycle the outfits, toys, etc she has outgrown.

Generally my Daughter's clothing, toys, etc once they are outgrown and of no use to her. Also other items as I'm a bit of a compulsive shopper who buys on impulse and often regrets what I've bought later, so there's usually a few bargains to be found in my listings! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EBAY IS REALLY A HOBBY TO ME AND I AM NOT A SHOP.

I generally prefer PAYPAL but will accept payment by postal order in certain circumstances (please ask if this is not a specified method of payment in the listing). I DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE OR E-CHEQUE PAYMENTS. No items will be dispatched until cleared payment is received.

I request that payment for all purchases is made WITHIN 7 DAYS from the time of sale. It is my aim to post items on the following working day after cleared payment is received. If for some reason this is not possible I will contact you to advise of this. I try to keep postage/packaging costs to a minimum and may use recycled materials when packing certain items. I am happy to offer a discount on postage for multiple purchases provided that the items sold are suitable to be safely packaged together in order to prevent damage. Virtually all of my transaction items will be posted via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service and will require a signature upon receipt.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. If in the unlikely event that you feel that your purchase does not reflect the description in the listing please contact me within 3 days of receipt BEFORE leaving feedback. Sorry, but I will not process refunds on items that are returned outside this time-scale or have not been agreed in advance. I cannot be held accountable for returned items that are lost/damaged by Royal Mail and would advise using a Recorded Delivery service for this purpose so that the item is trackable.

FEEDBACK IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND I ALWAYS APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS. I usually leave feedback for my customers once CLEARED payment is received and hope that in turn my customers will leave feedback promptly upon receipt of their purchase(s) thus giving me an indication that the item(s) have been safely received. Obviously in the unlikely event that you feel there is a problem with your purchase I would prefer you to contact me prior to leaving feedback to give me a chance to put things right.
