Carol kept me informed of when the item would be posted etc and indeed it came in good time and was exactly as described. The only thing I would have liked would have been a little reduction in price of postage as I paid £2.35 and Carol was able to put a 2nd class stamp on at £1.10 and an ordinary envelope but the item is lovely and if the prices are set on Ebay there's not much you can do (every penny helps!). Really pleased with the item. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
