Payment should be made within seven working days of close of auction. We usually ship within 48 hours of payment being received. Failure to pay within seven days may disqualify any high bid and result in the item being re-listed or offered to the next highest bidder. We Recommend PayPal for fast efficient online payment for all our goods and services. PayPal accepts credit card transactions. We can also take money orders and cashiers cheques or BidPay’s online money order service. Personal cheques are allowed but goods will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared our bank (usually five working days.)

All items ship within 48 hours. European customers please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Shipping charges will be met by the purchaser. We usually ship using Royal Mail standard service unless otherwise specified. Larger or more valuable items will ship DHL. Insurance and delivery confirmation available at additional cost. Buyer will assume responsibility for damage or loss if insurance is declined. We do not inflate our postage charges, what we charge you is what it costs us irrespective of where in the world you live. We do however reserve the right to add the cost of any packaging to the final auction price.

Returns will only usually be contemplated if item is not as described. Should a return be necessary you have seven days from receipt of item in which to do so. Please e-mail returns@carousel-auctions.com to notify them of your intention. Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned. If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned. If poker chips are taken out of their plastic wrapping, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged. We cannot accept opened DVD’s, or playing cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
