Trading for over 10 years my business is based on Word of Mouth. I am a Highly Skilled Professional Florist NVQ & City & Guilds Trained at Hadlow College. I cover London, Surrey, Hampshire,Sussex & Kent and post artificial items all over the UK.

Delivery information
I work with APC Overnight Couriers for fast delivery. I use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded for smaller non-urgent items.

Return policy
I am happy to refund any item you are not completely satisfied with, postage is non-refundable. Contact me within 24hours so I can try to rectify the problem. Returned items must be in original packaging unopened and unused and in resalable condition. Items must be returned within 48 hours.

I just wanted to let you know I was so thankful for the two flower arrangements you created for me for my two brothers, they are absolutely beautiful, I could not believe how real they looked! The colours are amazing and I love them! It made me cry when I opened the box, I will feel so happy to leave these on the graves. I will definately be back, could not believe how fast your shipping was. Thank you sooo much!
