We take great care to pack your item carefully so it reaches you in mint condition. We ship from our warehouse everyday, and delivery from ship date normally takes 24 hours. Our listed postage cost is for standard UK addresses only - if you live outside of the UK, or are unsure if you have a standard UK address, please contact us for a quote.Ireland, Highlands and Islands have an extra charge. Returns are accepted within 14 days if your product is unwanted as long as you return the item unused and in it's original packagaing, however you will need to pay your own return postage costs. We offer a 12 month back to base warranty on this product. If it breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item for you free of charge. You will be responsible for paying the cost of postage to our depot and arranging collection from our depot.
