Ebay has told me that due to my limited transaction history I am currently only able to accept payment per pay pal.

Shipping on your item is calculated by the post office and is determined by buyers zip code. Shiping is done via the post office with in three business days from the time your payment is received. all packages sent by me will have delivery confirmation(which I pay for) so that buyer and I can track the packages.
