A couple of years ago I learned a valuable lesson that life is very precious and you never know what is around the corner. So I want to spend as much time with my daughter as possible. Decided when I was made redundant to go it alone and make things happen for myself. Ebay was a starting point and not because I thought it was easy money far from it this is probably the hardest I have ever had to work. I decided to use Ebay as it was a worldwide known brand which gave little old me the potential to sell all over the world. I have bravely branched out onto facebook, local fayres and about to launch my own shop. Its not easy juggling a new baby and my own business both keep me busy. I love working for myself and often question just what did I do with my time prior to all this. I love communicating with my customers and pride myself on customer service. In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 7 days. The items must be received by myself in the condition they where received IE all tags attached and unworn/unused. In the instance of faulty items CATSYS-KIDS will accept returns upto 30 days after invoice date. A full refund in the above instances and return postage will be paid to you on receipt of the item. For your own peace of mind I suggest you post the item back with Tracking as refunds will only be given on receipt of the item. Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged.
