Postage & Payment
We do not try to make money from our postage quotes and we try to list costs as accurately as is possible. Oversea's costs are an estimation and will be adjusted on the invoice once location is confirmed. Should our costs be grossly over quoted we will refund any excessive costs to you.
We will reduce postage for multiple sales going to the same address.

Caz and T are Mum & Daughter who have been ebay members for many years, we joined forces in Sept 2006 to sell brand new clothing at really low prices & to strive to become one of the best ebay sellers around!

We buy from Wholesalers on ebay and outside of Ebay. If the deal is good we will buy it to pass that onto you!We buy several lots a week so our stock is always increasing and changing, so keep popping back or you may just miss a bargain!

Payment policy
We accept PAYPAL and Postal Orders, we will accept cheques but this is our least preferred way of being paid.
Delivery information
We charge an accurate postage fee - all goods are weighed at time of listing and we add on a reasonable packing fee which is a calculated and accurate charge to cover our packing costs.
Return policy
We will not accept goods back merely because you have changed your mind or they do not quite look like they do on our model or in a photos, please remember our model is a 6 foot Barbie Doll! However if goods are faulty we will either exchange the item for another or refund your money. If goods are faulty a full refund will be given, all returned items must be received by ourselves in the condition they left us and all returning postage costs are paid by the buyer. Please remember that YOU BID TO BUY NOT TRY - if in any doubt about the size of a garment please contact us before bidding/buying and we are more than happy to provide additional measurements for you.

Caz and T have always had the policy that as soon as a Buyer pays for their goods feedback is left for them as they have completed their side of the deal. By doing this we trusted that the Buyer would leave us feedback when they received their goods. However, due to the hundreds of buyers who have failed to play the Ebay game properly and not leave us our feedback, which is extremly important to us, we have now decided that we will leave a Buyer their feedback as soon as we have received feedback from them. This way we are ensuring that our feedback total really is a fair reflection of the great goods and service that we provide.
