Payment policy
We accept payment by PayPal, credit or debit card, postal order, bank transfer - if you would like to pay by card without using PayPal then please request an online payment invoice. We do not accept cheques - we are reliable and trustworthy (our feedback speaks for us). For those not so keen on internet banking then you can pay cash over the counter in to our Nationwide account - we will then try and ship the same day too. Please try to pay asap - and always within 7 days, we work on small profits and fast turnover.
Delivery information
We do try to get our items posted out the same day as payment arrives - that is one of the reasons we dont accept cheques, they are a pain not only when they bounce but we dont get to the bank everyday so only cause delays for you in getting your item.
DUE TO INSURANCE AND SECURITY REASONS WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY COLLECTIONS.
Return policy
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the signed for delivery date - we are unable to refund for postage either way and it is your responsibility to get the item back to us in the condition it was delivered complete with all accessories as were supplied. Refunds are processed quickly - we dont like to keep you waiting for your cash. Any claim for faulty goods beyond 14 days must to directed to the original manufacturer with whom there may be warranty remaining in any case they are best placed to advise of repair procedure - if full manufacturer warranty is included with the product it will be stated in the description.

We are happy to apply postage discounts for multiple purchases - after your first item all sebqequent postage charges will attract a £2 discount (obviously they have to be paid for at the same time so they can be shipped together to the same address) - if we have not sent you a revised invoice please request one.
