Cards, Candles & Karma have only been selling on ebay since January 2008 so we are extremely pleased with some of the feedback we've already received and hope to build on it. We are committed to providing all of our customers with: excellent customer service, quality goods ethically sourced at sensible prices, fair honest postage costs. If there's something we're doing wrong or something we're not selling and you'd like us to sell, contact us, we don't bite.

Delivery information
We post daily.All items posted 1st Class Royal Mail. All orders received and paid for by 3pm will be posted same day. Weekends excepted. If you order multiple items, before paying email us and we will discount the postage charges to make them fair and realistic. Once posted we will contact you via email of time and date of posting. We always get proof of posting and you can request a copy of this. If your item does not arrive within 5 working days please contact us via email. Royal Mail policy however advises 15 working days from posting. Contrary to popular belief Royal Mail is quite reliable.Please note unfortunately we do not post items outside of the UK, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Return policy
Items may be returned, at own risk. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in good condition. If you have any problems then please feel free to contact us.
