We are CEG Shop. We are the Lighting & Audio Equipment Specialists, providing affordable pricing on theatre & concert lighting and sound. We stock Lanta Lighting, Showtec, Antari, Le Mark, Rhino Flightcases, litestructures, and Dirty Rigger.

Delivery information
Our normal delivery terms are as follows: UK Mainland: All orders will normally be dispatched within 3 business days from order, most orders will usually be dispatched within 24 business hours if they are in stock. Next-Day Delivery will arrive to you the next business day after it has been dispatched at our end. For customers who choose this option, we will always give you a tracking number for the courier we have sent your order with. Our 'Free Delivery over £60' offer will give you standard 3-5 business day delivery from dispatch. Usually product availability will be listed at the time of purchase, but sometimes products might be out of stock or have a longer lead time, if this is the case we will inform you within 24 business hours of your order with an estimated dispatch and delivery time.

Return policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within a week of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
