Business Information

History/background
Cellular_South. That's us- a couple of guys who wake up each day and drive to small store in a small town with our coffees and packed lunches. We start by checking on the days orders and shipping out whatever has sold. Then we check our emails and help our customers in any way that we can. We chit-chat and joke with our employees as they eat from the pizza restaurant here in the plaza. Then we test and list our new items for the day. It's work. A lot of work. But it's what we do and we're happy to do it.

Payment policy
We are happy to accept PayPal payments for all transactions.

Delivery information
We guarantee that our items will ship within two business days after your PayPal payment is received. From there, USPS Priority Mail usually takes about 2-3 business days to arrive. We're happy to provide tracking numbers on almost every purchase.

Return policy
All items come with a 14 day warranty. If your item is received in a condition other than it was described in the listing, please let us know and we'll be happy to authorize a return for a full refund less the initial auction shipping charges.
