I'm a keen e-bayer. I both buy and sell. I mostly sell golf stuff. I play golf and also fix up golf clubs as a hobby. Its a hobby that just about funds itself...I don't make much profit out of it but I enjoy it and have made some new friends from it

E-bay has one major flaw, as a seller you are vulnerable to all sorts of people with stupid or vindictive attitudes, small mindedness or just plain crookedness. It is very difficult to maintain a good feedback rating and some buyers seem to take great delight in dishing out poor (undeserved) ratings. I would always advise buyers to look at actual feedback details to get a proper idea of what the seller is really like.

Paypal, Cheques, Postal orders

I do not use postal charges to make a profit. Any charges are the charges generated by the Royal Mail website. I use mostly recycled packaging to keep costs down. I have recently had to stop sending packages abroad as Parcelforce worldwide has proven unreliable and not very forthcoming with their insurance claims. The only 2 packages I have ever lost have been sent to Europe.

I accept returns within 7 days. If the item is significantly not as described I will issue a full refund once the item is returned to me in its original condition. If a buyer simply changes their mind I will refund their payment less postal charges and any fees incurred.
