I have been fund raising for charity now for just over 8 years. Up until July 2009 I have raised over £34,000.00 for a childrens charity.

All of my packaging supplies are kindly donated to enable me to donate 100% of the sale price to charity. Per parcel I charge about 25p to cover the cost of the packaging materials, computer inks & paper.

I was 'stitcher of the year' 2003-2005 with cross stitcher magazine. It is because of this people donate me craft items.I was also Ebay 'charity seller of the year 2007' at a big presentation in London.

I prefer paypal but will accept cheque or postal order.

I always combine postage. I will always work out the cheapest postage option for you- it might be cheaper to send heavy items as 2 parcels and not have a combined invoice. I charge cost plus a little extra to cover the costs of packaging supplies etc.

We accept returns if the item is returned to us in unused condition and original packaging. Please e-mail us before returning item. The return postage will be paid by the customer. Please return the item by the same method of postage as the original listing. Items sent at buyers risk. Upon receipt of the returned item a refund will be given less the original postage costs. ALL POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY THE BUYER.
