hi My name is charlotte i have been a ebay seller for nearly two years now i have never had any problems with selling my goods i have a 100% feedback and all positive feedback i am very good communicating with the buyer if any delay with postal etc.

i am not really into collectables i have selection of a lot of varieties of stuff, i have 100's of shoes so you could say i collect footwear hee hee

my shop is mixed with a variety of stuff at great prices you can grab yourself a fantastic bargain in charlottey's heaven ebay store, many items are brand new whilst there is also used items which i only list if in excellent condition which are sold at much lower prices. if you want to ask me any questions about anything feel free to contact me regarding anything i will get back to you straight away. when items are purchased from myself i wait till payment all cleared and send your item 1st class next day if something more expensive like a phone or electrical goods etc i send recorded delivery to make sure item is signed for on delivery. if you like the service i give you or a product you bought from me then add me to your faviroute sellers and you never no may do business with you in the future again hopefully.

never had a problem with any shipments/ deliveries in the post always got to the customers in couple of days from purchase all customers have been satisfied with my items for sell at such reasonable prices too

paypal and personal cheque only please. once payment cleared from paypal i will then send the item to you the same day or next day delivery depending on confirmed payment time of day. if you are sending me a cheque it will obviously be a longer procedure as i will have to wait till recieve the cheque then take to my bank, cheques usually take 3-5 working days to clear depending on bank/building society. once the cheque has cleared and the money has gone into my bank then i will send your item in the post 1st class. i will communicate with you whilst waiting for clearance and i will also keep track with you whilst deliveries is in process so they're is no problems

phones, electrical goods, jewellrey, expensive goods will be sent 1st class special delivery which is guaranteed next day delivery and signed for or i will send recorded delivery to keep track of item if any probelms. i will send other products like shoes, clothes, accessories etc 1st class post.

if you are not satisfied with the product i have sent you then u can refund the item within 7 days of recieving your item. if you could please communicate with me through ebay first as we may be able to resolve a problem or reduce the price etc if not entirely satisfied with the item. this has never happened as i have never had problems like this with my customers
