Does not write well on some surfaces.
It didn't write on the materials I was using. I recommend the Dixon Chinagraph pencils which genuinely write on things.

Dreadful edition!
This is nowhere as good as the earlier editions that were compliled by the late Brian Rust. The covers look very similar, but the formats and contents are very different. The paper quality of the later edition is also inferior.
