I only sell products that we use and sell in our Salon. As I use many of the products myself, I can provide professional and first hand advice on how to achieve your desired results and effects.

WE POST ORDERS OUT DAILY AND UNLESS WE SAY OTHERWISE IN THE LISTING, ALL ITEMS IN OUR eSHOP ARE IN STOCK. We offer 1st and 2nd Class Postage using Royal Mail. If you require your order urgently, you are advised to opt for 1st Class. Orders ouside the UK are usualy sent by Roymail Airmail, or Airsure. The most you will pay for P&P is £4.50 FOR 4 ITEMS (UK) and £7.50 (Worldwide) for 3 items on the same order. FOR LARGER ORDER WE WILL QUOTE A SPECIAL PACKAGE RATE. EXPORTS OUTSIDE THE UK ARE USUALLY VAT FREE, SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE. ASK FOR MORE DETAILS. If you are interested in buying several items at once, we will list them all in a special single listing for your convenience.

Unwanted and unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less P&P costs and a 10% handling fee. If an item is not as described in the listings, or is damaged, you will be refunded in full and compensated in full for any return costs. If the item you ordered does not suit, we will be happy to recommend an alternative.
