CHBCeSHOP is the eBAY shop of Chester House Beauty Clinic located on The High Street in the historic town of Arundel in West Sussex. We are happy to give professional advice on any of the products we sell.

We only sell products that we use and sell in our Salon. As I use many of the products myself, I can provide professional and first hand advice on how to achieve your desired results and effects.

PayPal prefered. UK VAT at 20% is applied to all purchases, except for export orders [see below for further details on export orders] If you require a VAT receipt for your purchase, please ask for this at the time of ordering.

We post out daily, and unless we say otherwise in the listing, all items in our eSHOP are in stock. We offer 1st and 2nd Class Postage using Royal Mail. If you require your order urgently, you are advised to ask for Special Delivery. Orders ouside the UK are usualy sent by Roymail Airmail, or Airsure. We recommend Recorded Delivery (UK) or International Signed For (Overseas) for all orders over £40 in value. We offer special postal rates for multiple orders. Contact us for further information.

Unwanted and unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less P&P costs and a 10% handling fee. If an item is not as described in the listings, or is damaged, you will be refunded in full and compensated in full for any return costs. If the item you ordered does not suit, we will be happy to recommend an alternative.
