Return policy
We will try to answer all messages within 48 hours on Mondays to Fridays
ALL correspondences or messages sent to us MUST BE VIA EBAY, any messages sent to us via email will be deleted
If you are not satisfied with the item on arrival, please return the item within 7 days for a full refund minus the postage costs
Returned items must be in original wrapping and packaging
If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, a replacement will be sent out once it is returned and a fault is found
Buyer is responsible for delivery charges for returning the item
If the item is not returned within 7 days then no refund or replacement will be given

Fitting Service
I offer a fitting service on all ribbons and LCD screens for extra £15 on top of the item's price.
The costs includes fitting the item and returning the item back to you via Special Delivery.

Please don't buy from me if you don't know how to change mobile phone parts. I get so many people buying from me and don't know how to change it and start complaining that my products are no good.
