We would be happy to accept payment by PayPal We do not have a fixed time period for payment, but the sooner we receive payment the sooner we will dispatch the item. We will send a courtesy email after a week or so to check that all is well. If we have not heard anything after four weeks we will have to start the process to recover our fees from Ebay but will keep you informed at each stage.

We will endeavour to post items within two working days. We will send items up to one kilo via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and items over one kilo will be sent by standard parcel post. If you would like to insure your parcel, please just let us know or check out the Royal Mail website for costs. We will confirm via email when your item has been dispatched. Our postage costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item, including packaging, as per the UK Royal Mail published costs. They also include all packing materials used to ship your item.

If for any reason the item is not as described in the listing, we would be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item in the original packaging. The return postage cost would not be included in any refund made. If you feel that the item is not as it should be for any other reason, please just let us know and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.
