Hi, my name is Tephparit, I live in the beautiful city of Chiang Mai ,in Northern Thailand. There are so many amazing things to buy here in Chiang Mai, I will use my local knowledge to find them and offer them to the ebay community.

I opened my account on 25th April 2008, I started trading at the beginning of May. I am currently selling a wide selection of Chiang Mai Products. I really enjoy selling things on ebay, although sometimes it can be very frustrating. My favourite part is getting to know my customers , I have met some lovely people. There are many wonderful things to buy here in Chiang Mai. I only accept Paypal as a method of payment.

My P&P charges cover the cost of postage and the packaging, I do not make any money from postage. The postal charges here in Thailand can be very expensive, especially on larger items. If you would like a full breakdown of my postage and packaging charges, please contact me. If you feel unhappy about postage when you complete a DSR, and give me a 4 instead of a 5, this has a very negative effect on my sales. This is a common problem amongst many sellers on ebay. Please also remember that post from Thailand can take up to 21 days to arrive, though it usually takes about a week. If you would like you goods sent by registered mail, please ask me, I don't use it at the moment because my items are of low value. In the future I will register all high value items. All items will be sent within 24 hours of payment.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. My aim is ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from chiangmai_products. If you have any problems, of any kind, please do not hesitate to contact me, via email. I will always deal with any problems with the utmost urgency. If I make a mistake, I will correct it. The purchaser is responsible for all postage costs of returned items, (unless I made a mistake).
