Hello there I am Chilli Peppa Clothing... But you can call me Kay, I guess if you are reading this then you want to check out my credentials as either a buyer or seller or trading assistant so welcome. As of December 2006 I am honored to have have been recognised by ebay as one of their Powersellers for my credibility, high level of customer service and bonefide smooth transactions By day I am lucky enough to be a stay at home mum which I am really enjoying but ebay is very much my evening adventure trading with people all over the world. I've sent surfing gear to Hawaii; Pyjamas to South Korea; Football Shirts to Argentina, Office wear to The Shetland Islands, Boots to Australia, a Ballgown to Canada and a Baby Bath to the Czech Republic !!! I save my paypal pennies up for summer holidays and Xmas

As a buyer and seller I prefer paypal wherever possible, postal orders at a squeeze and never take personal cheques or cash. I always hope you will use the opportunity of your purchase to pay immediately through paypal if not I do expect payment within 5 days. Any problems do get in touch asap comms are always better than no comms. International buyers must use paypal please I have not set any limits on bidders because I want to enable newbys to have a chance to buy goods and gain feedback. I feel this benefits the whole ebay community, not just established ebayers.

I dispatch eveything in new waterproof, rip-proof packaging within hours of payment clearing ! The post office is near a toddler group we go to so I am up that way most days anyway. I do not use scented tissue - It's just more chemicals and waste - and my clothes are fresh enough ! I do not refund for items lost in the post but I am happy to provide you with proof of postage documents. Please check that the item is not sitting at your local PO first ! UK BUYERS - I use 2nd class, or Parcel Post - my fb shows this is fast enough for most people - if you need something pronto let me know. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - I use Small Packet rate - a stipulation of SPR is that I do not include a compliments slip so please don't think I am unappreciative I am just securing you the best deal. I will complet the relevant customs docs for countries outside the EU and will mark parcels as gift/cadeau. I DO NOT ROUTINELY OFFER POSTAL INSURANCE

I will of course refund if my description is inaccurate (ie... if I get measurements wrong, or if I miss a major fault) however as with most sellers I cannot refund postage costs. If you find such a fault I will offer you the choice of a full refund if you wish to return the item; or a partial refund if you can live with the fault and wish to keep the garment. I provide this high level of customer service on the basis that you leave me some positive feedback (if you truly cannot find anything nice to say about the garment then about my customer service / courteous comms or something else you have found positive about our transaction) - BEFORE YOU GET YOUR REFUND... There is no point in me refunding and then getting negged or neutral for my efforts. This Returns policy is not only fair and is better than most sellers will offer you If you do not agree then another seller is more suitable for you

I appreciate that descriptions can be subjective so for your information this is what I mean when I describe the quality of my items :- BNWT Brand New With tags - store perfect with card swing tags and / or strings BNWOT Brand New Without Tags - As New - In my honest opinion looks completely unworn has original store finish to fabric and does not look like it has been laundered Excellent - Has been worn but shows very minimal wash wear and has no faults, may have a dry-cleaning tag attached indicating that it has been professionally cleaned. Very Good Condition - Has been worn, may show light wash wear but no holes, stains or no major faults. All zips buttons and poppers will be fully functioning but may have chipped paint. Good Used Condition / Fit for Play - Has been worn, may show wash wear (ie: bobbling on fleeces, scuffs on the hems of jeans). There will be no major faults, but garments may have small holes, marks or stains which will be stated in the description)

I believe in recycling and reusing clothes to reduce the need for agrochemicals like pesticides used in growing cotton or harmful chemical dyes used in clothing production. I believe that clothing workers in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Vietnam should have a greater share of the huge profits circulating in the apparel sector which is why I source many of my items from charity shops like Oxfam, and Save the Children. I believe that second-hand should not mean second-rate and that great quality clothes that have been well looked after should have more than one lease of life ! I believe that feeling good about youself and the clothes you wear should be the right of everyone regardless of size which is why I have stocked items from UK size 6 - 28. I believe that there are more fun things for families to do together than trawl around shopping malls on the weekends looking at clothes.
