I specialise in polymer clay caketoppers for celebration cakes, however I also create, scrapbook embellishments, miniature food & artwork for dolls houses, although miniatures make a great gift for anyone, even those without a dollshouse, a little cheeseboard with favourite cheeses for example, are a real surprise gift! More recently, I have been creating special dinners in miniature & these have been really popular! Each creation is lovingly crafted by hand,& with few exceptions, (wedding cakes for example) my mini food is created from life.
Business InformationHistory/background
I started my craft hobbies about 7 years ago, starting with glass painting, after I'd sold a few bits here & there to friends, I thought I'd quite like to branch out & try selling elsewhere, I'd like to say I make my creations in my spare time, but as I have a family to look after, I don't have any, I fit my craft in wherever & whenever I can... All of my children love to watch & sometimes join in!...I sell my items mainly for fun as I enjoy making them so much, but I do need to pay for my clay!!
Payment policy
I prefer paypal as it's quicker & I can get the goods dispatched sooner, but I also accept cheques & postal orders.
Delivery information
I try to keep these costs down by using recycled materials where possible, but although my items are small, they are also delicate & need to be wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap, if you ever feel you are being overcharged p&p on your multiple purchases, I would be happy to discuss this with you & give you the chance to withdraw from the sale-I am very easy going!
In cases where there are lots of thicker items to go in one parcel & I'm not sure, or the address is abroad, I go & get a price from the post office before invoicing you.
Return policy
I am so sure that you will be totally happy with your goodies, but if there is a problem, let me know & I will try to make it better! If you are not happy, then return the item within 14 days, well packaged in it's original condition & I will refund you-not a problem!
Be sure to use a SIGNED FOR service though, nothing else can be traced if it goes missing (& they do!)
