Postal Orders may be accepted please ask - should we agree to a postal order they must be Crossed.

We do not accept CHEQUES at all.
We cannot accept Payment after a non-payment dispute has closed and a FVC fee granted, and the item has been relisted.
Delivery information
We ask you to remember that p&p includes packaging, and time, not simply the price of the stamp.
International Signed For, Please remember that £3.50 is the fee charged by Royal Mail for signed for delivery plus the weight of the parcel.
Return policy
RETURNS You must notify us and return within 7 dayd of receipt - ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKING MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ITEM.
A full refund issued if a wrong item has been supplied or the item has a manufacturing fault,size is not considered a manufacturing fault, returns are posted at buyers expense. Returns for any other reason - A refund of purchase price only less final value sales & relisting fees plus a admin charge of 20%.Returns at buyers expense. EXCHANGES - p&p is required to dispatch an exchange item. AlL returns at buyers expense. Returns from ROYAL MAIL / COURIER MARKED UN-CALLED FOR will require P&P to be repaid in order to re-dispatch - otherwise a refund of purchase price only less Final Value sales & relisting plus a 20% Admin charge will be issued, no initial p&p refund. ITEMS OF AN INTIMATE NATURE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR HYGIENE REASONS ONCE WORN.
Customer Service
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service, we are not infalible, in the rare case of a problem with an item, we ask you contact us, we will do all we can to rectify problems when given the opportunity to do so.
Dispatch
We dispatch usually within 24 hours of payment, Monday - Frid
we do not post on Saturday's.
Buyers please remember Post takes longer to arrive when a Bank Holiday or Postal Strike is involved.
If your item has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us, we can track the item and advise you if an attempted delivery has been made.
Royal Mail do not deem an item missing/lost until 14 days has elapsed since the posting date, that is the time when a claim can be submitted to the Royal Mail.
