Buying and selling on ebay is (together with running the Genealogy in Hertfordshire web site) a hobby. I want items I have owned for years to go to a new home where they will be appreciated.

Payment policy
As ebay buying and selling is a hobby I want to keep paperwork to a minimum and as a result I ONLY accept payments by PayPal.

Delivery information
I normally end auctions in the evening and if you pay quickly the goods will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of the end of the auction. I estimate a fair overhead for stationery, cost of driving to post office, etc., to be, on average, 50% of stamp costs. Light items are charged a little more - heavy items (which are already clobbered by high Royal Mail rates) pay less in proportion.

Return policy
As a regular buyer on ebay I aim to give the quality service I like to receive. Under no circumstances should you loose out if I, or Royal Mail, make a mistake.
