I am very pleased with this item and also the superb service I received. Chris kept me informed of my orders progress which was extremely fast given that I had the item inscribed. One very minor point was the connecting hook between the train and the carriage. It was a very cheap curtain hook not really in keeping with the beautiful silver finish of the two items. Nevertheless worth the money.
