We give joint postage discount where we can, but some things just don't travel well together. Feel free to ask for a price before you bid or buy. Our charges are based on weight, the same as Royal Mail, so there isn't an easy formula to work out postage for all the possible item combinations. If there is a choice of services we can use, we'll give you the value for each and let you choose. We give as many different postage options as we can, so you have some control over the cost. Items are dispatched in the next available collection, either the same day they are paid for or the day after, it depends on which bit of the day you pay for them.

However if you are not happy with a purchase we do accept returns (without awkward questions) and will refund your payment (exc p&p) or replace the item (your choice).
