We apologise for this action but we do not wish to infringe Deckers sale policies which have been designed to discourage the sale of counterfeit items on ebay. currently offering a free postage and packing service as a promotion for our new shop. This offer runs on shop items only and includes combined postage!
Return policy
No quibble return poicy for our shop items! Full money back guarantee if you are not happy with the goods! However goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We are, unfortunately unable to refund postage costs.
Please note that you must obtain a returns authorisation code that must be enclosed with the item/s. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the returned item/s. Goods not received, or damaged. New goods worn or used; can not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.

Feed-back
We appreciate your time in providing detailed feed back on ebays DSR's. However they are open to interpretation and possible misconception. ie:- handling time and delivery time could equate to 8 days if an item is posted second class the fact that the item is posted the day on or after payment but does not arrive for a further 3-5 working days is often seen as poor dispatch time, when the item was posted same day as payment or the next working day. Please contact us with any requests to improve our service to you. We understand that you understand expedite postal services come at an extra cost. We just want to know what you want us to do to improve our service to you. so pkease email us with any suggestions that you feel will help us to provide you with a better service.
