What began in May 2006 as selling a few of our own things in order to take the kids on holiday turned into a real hobby. Things have slowly grown from there. We called ourselves Red Kite RG after the red kites which have been reintroduced into the area where we live.

PayPal, cheques and postal orders are all accepted from UK buyers. Only Paypal is accepted from buyers outside the UK.

Most items (except books, ice-cube trays and larger items) are bubble-wrapped and posted in a padded envelope, normally within 24 hours of receipt of payment (except Sundays and Bank Holidays). Buyers from outside the UK should contact us for postage charges before making a purchase/bidding.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. This Seller operates within the remote selling rules and guidelines and will offer a full refund minus reasonable return postage costs if for any reason the items are found to be defective or otherwise than described. Please contact us before posting an adverse feedback, all problems can be resolved to our mutual satisfaction should they occur. Items will be sent well packaged, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. If in doubt ask to upgrade your postage needs and we will oblige.
