eBay My World: churstonian( 1048)

Hi just to let you all know where I am at. I retired Christmas 2007 from the buses 4 years early (my best Christmas present!) this was mainly due to a worsening health condition.

Just to clarify that I am not a business seller on eBay. But from time to time I do sell the odd item around the home. Mainly, I had collected British OO gauge railway items over the years, with the intention of starting that long awaited planned layout, but that was postponed due to the fact our new house had no roof space. After I retired to a flat with restricted space Dec 2007, I reluctantly decided the only way forward was to transfer over to N gauge. 1. So the First stage was to sell off most of my OO gauge items. 2. The next stage was to replace those same items with N gauge. 3. Unfortunately I got a little over indulgant, buying not only replacement items, but nearly everything I ever wished for in the past that was NOT available at the time. 4. With my collection now overstocked for a British layout, I purchased my first American Loco, and found I preferred that Rolling Stock. 5. So started selling off Most of my British stock and now even reducing my U.S. Roads to just a few. B

Mainly American Locos, Coaches and Wagons in N gauge, especially Delaware & Hudson, L & H.R. Lineside Buldings and sceenery, inclined ramps etc. However, I am still looking for a few items in N namely, a 14xx 0-4-2 BR lined Green loco, and I am now collecting Z gauge, especially U.S. Outline.

I do not send out an Invoice for a few days, I would rather let the winning bidder decide if they would also like to bid on extra items to save on postage. I prefer Pay Pal but accept cheques and postal orders. But only Pay Pal or cash on personal collections.

I try to be as fair as possible and give combined discounts for multiple purcahses. As I prefer to send ONE parcel out, instead of four or five fiddley individual small packages.

I usually give a returns policy of 7 days, but some items are exempt, mainly because of high shipping costs. Bidders must refer to my individual listings, or e-mail me accordingly.

I have been informed that the M.I.L. will be taking over the spare room and the Boss has confined me to a Bookcase Layout pro-tem, so will be selling off more GB & USA N, and some European Z items as well now that will not fit in with my latest layout.
