MY BBQ WAS DELIVERED SEVERELY SCRATCHED AND CHIPPED, ON A VERY DAMAGED PALLET. I TRIED TO ORDER PAINT TO SMARTEN IT UP A BIT AND AN ADDITIONAL COOKING RACK, BUT THEY COULD NOT SUPPLY, AS THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY HAD SENT ME. SEVERAL EMAILS LATER, I HAVE HAD TO GIVE UP. A TOTAL WASTE OF £450.00
I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
