Having a personal dislike of couriers (nothing personal) and their vague arrival times I prefer for Class Axe to use the Royal Mail, their probably the most efficient of the lot. However if a customer requires the use of another delivery service we will always try to assist.

Class Axe endeavour to ensure that all products are dispatched in first class condition, although the quality of the clearance lines cannot always be guaranteed. However all our in-house branded products are covered by our full replacement limited lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defect with any returns being organised by arrangement. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on clearance product.
